Today, the National Hockey League mad an announcement to announce its latest sports betting partner. According to statement, the NHL chooses William Hill as an Official Sports Betting Partner and will their third gambling partner. Thus, they will join FanDuel and MGM Grand in being able to legally display the NHL logos in their ads.
In this partnership deal, the NHL will receive marketing revenue from William Hill Plc. On the other hand, William Hill will be able to use NHL brands in its advertising campaigns. However, they did not disclose any details about the multi-year partnership deal.
As an official sports betting partner, William Hill will receive promotional media in several NHL market. Furthermore, they will have several branding opportunities in branding their company during key NHL events. This is a tremendous opportunity for William Hill to establish itself in the U.S. sports betting marketing.

William Hill is no stranger to partnering with the NHL. This is because they already have a partnership with the Vegas Golden Knight and the New Jersey Devils. Furthermore, Joe Asher, the CEO of William Hill US said they are happy “to become an official sports betting partner of the National Hockey League”.
Thus, they “appreciate the progressive and collaborative approach of the NHL” and are happy about the early results.
